We have a wide range of wetsuits for you to choose from. From shorty suits for summer to full wetsuits for winter, our equipment will keep you at the right temperature for safe surfing. And we’re one of the few surf schools to offer winter booties.

Bodyboards & fins

If you want to have fun in the foam and waves while lying back. Bodyboarding is ideal. Several sizes are available to suit your height and level. Romain has been bodyboarding for over 20 years. So it’s safe to say that the equipment at Big Mama is top quality.

Stand Up Paddle

Inflatable Stand-Ups are available for hire at the school. After 9 minutes of inflation with an inflator, you’ll be able to enjoy the calm of Lac de Lacanau.
Very easy to transport in the boot of your car, these Stand Up Paddles are ideal for outings. Stable and lightweight, they come complete with paddle, lifejacket and safety leash.
